The Lonnie Poole Golf Course on Centennial Campus features upscale, casual dining in its finely appointed Carol Johnson Poole Clubhouse. Our restaurant Terrace Dining Room features a dining room and patio with a sweeping view of the golf course, Centennial Campus, and the Raleigh downtown skyline.

FIRST COURSE

Pickle Tots
Perfect blend of fried pickles and tater tots combined into one and served with ranch.

Greek Salad
Romaine lettuce, peppers, feta, olives, cucumbers, onions, and tomatoes.
Served with a Greek vinaigrette and toasted garlic naan.

SECOND COURSE
CHOICE OF:

Citrus-Grilled Chicken Breast
Grilled chicken breast served over stir-fried vegetable farro with mango avocado salsa and Sriracha drops.

Turkey Avocado Sandwich
Oven-roasted turkey breast topped with fresh avocado, arugula, provolone, chipotle mayo, and sliced tomatoes. Served on ciabatta bread.

BBQ Brisket Sandwich
Brisket topped with cheddar, pickled slaw, house sauce, and a charred mango-onion chutney. Served on a brioche bun.

THIRD COURSE
CHOICE OF:

Roasted Apple Cheesecake Tart
Roasted apple cheesecake on a streusel crust and topped with caramel sauce.
