Jambalaya – Chicken, Tasso ham, Andouille sausage, trinity vegetables and rice, slow cooked with a hot and spicy creole sauce

Crawfish Étouffée – Plump Louisiana crawfish, sautéed in a butter roux with trinity vegetables and spices, served over rice

Shrimp Creole – Louisiana Gulf shrimp served in a traditional New Orleans style Creole tomato sauce, served over seasoned rice

Chicken Opelousas – Mama style chicken breast simmered in a mushroom, artichoke and wine sauce, served over seasoned rice

Pork Chop – Juicy pork chop with a mushroom demi glaze, served with mashed potatoes and vegetables

Crab Cakes – Lump crab meat made with our special spices and served with delicately fried spinach, vegetables and seasoned rice
