Executive Chef Josiah Halbohm, a native New Yorker, has been with Young Hearts Distilling since its opening in 2021. With a degree in Culinary Arts from Alfred State College, Josiah’s
career ranged from fine-dining sushi to owning his own bagel business. As a seasonally-minded chef, Josiah has pioneered our menu to include nearly all local ingredients and purveyors. This
focus leads to an intuitive, creative, and intentional menu.
